John Barrowman plays Raquel's husband in Hustle.
Raquel will be starring alongside Torchwood star John Barrowman playing an American couple running a sham diet plan.
The former Farnborough Hill pupil has a CV which includes BBC and ITV shows such as Teachers, Lead Balloon Dr Who, Landgirls, and DCI Banks.
Of course John Barrowman's Captain Jack character is also a Dr Who stalwart, so no doubt the pair swapped Tardis stories while filming Hustle.
"I'm born and bred Fleet," Raquel told Fleet People, when she popped back in October to re-open the newly revamped Phyllis Tuckwell Hospice Charity shop after it was destroyed by fire.
"I was born at Pondtail Road and was living off the high street for years before I finally moved. Dad still lives here so I come home for visits and Christmas.
"I may live in London but Fleet is definitely still home."
