Football In The Community returns to Hart District

Hart’s Soccer at Six programme is back for another Summer – and once again the programme has been extended.

Soccer at Six returns to Hart
Football sessions for youngsters aged 5 – 16 will start on 9th May and run until 2nd September, starting at 6pm and finish at 7.15pm.
Monday nights will be held at Crownfields, Odiham; Tuesday nights at Jubilee Fields, Hartley Wintney; Wednesday nights at Oakley Park, Fleet; Thursday nights at The Tythings, Yateley, and Friday nights at Basingbourne Park, Fleet.
Run by Aldershot Town FC and the ‘Safer Hart’ Partnership and supported by Sentinel Housing Association the sessions cost just £2.50.
Two week long courses are to be held during the school summer holidays. These will be at Oakley Park, Fleet (May 31-3) and Jubilee Fields, Hartley Wintney (August 1-5). For more information call the Football in the Community team at Aldershot Town on 01252 339384.
Cllr Nippy Singh, Cabinet Member for People and Partnerships commented: “Soccer at Six is a great initiative that keeps young people fit and active while also having a lot of fun.”

ReportThese are great! Good to see them back. My boys had a great time on them last year. It's a really good scheme - anything that gets them away from the computer console and into the fresh air is great. Win win for everyone.
