No sixth form in Fleet. Do local students care?

My 17-year-old is at Farnborough College where all his friends from Calthorpe Park went after finishing school. He says he quite likes the fact they have to travel to a neighbouring town - gives them more independence he says. But my 13-year-old says he would like to have the choice of staying local. He says that although the college is great (and his brother agrees) he thinks it would be cheaper for him and better if Fleet did have a sixth form.
