Quiz Night
Owners of Hart Taxis, Roy and Angela, had a great Sunday night out in Emporium, Fleet. Less than £20 for the 2 of us, free entertainment and a bloody good laugh. Please show support to local businesses, go out and about into Fleet and enjoy yourself. Needn't cost a lot, but will help keep Fleet alive and local businesses going.

Fun at Emporium
Emporium on Fleet Road is a great bar. It’s the kind of trendy place with very loud music and a very small dance floor that often functions as a pre-Jaxx haven for drunken teenagers. It has a large bar, which is always well-staffed to reduce queuing, and a patio area which is nice in the summer. It’s certainly lively, but I’d avoid stumbling in accidentally if you actually want to talk to your companions.

The Place To Be
Emporium is positioned perfectly for any of those fateful youngsters heading to Jaxx, as it is more or less directly opposite. It has a vast interior consisting of a meandering bar and a multitude of staff ready to serve the hoards of people on student nights and the weekend. It plays host to karaoke, quizzes and its very own nightclub for those of you who are after something alternative. Its a perfectly normal pub with a solid menu by day and by night a very happening joint on the high street.
