But not much... The waiting staff were either aggressively rude or slimy, the prices were high for this type of place, one meal was sent back uncooked and inedible, on their second effort it was burnt but at least they reduced the Oregano to merely excessive. The Restaurant trade in Fleet is competitive and I for one will not be giving Al Fresco any more of my money when there are so many other local options and I would advise everyone else to do the same thing

Ok but again not authentic italian. Some suggestions.
Specialise in a dish, lamb, pork or fish! I can rattle off 100 fantastic italian dishes that are so much more interesting that the standard pasta and pizza dishes that have been rammed down our throats for so many years. Come on guys use some imagination and DSD (Do something different) that makes you stand out from the crowd. Italian food can be so exciting so why such an average menu?
Specialise in a different dish from a different region of Italy each month. Umbria, Tuscany or Napoli.
Elvis night at an Italian restaurant? Whose idea was this exactly? Prescilla Presley's? I can see how Frank Sinatra and italian food would go together but Elvis? How about an opera night perhaps and lets see some 'real Italian' food.

ReportAl Frescos is the perfect Italian in Fleet, it is family run with real authentic tasting Italian food. The selection and specials are fantastic, the atmosphere, and the friendliest of the staff, pretty much everything. Its perfect for a romantic occasion or big family gathering. Remember to try the pizza!
