Pedal Heaven

Pedal Heaven - won't be taking my bikes there for work.

Looks a very nice and shiny shop, unfortunately, my experience was not so good. Went in to get a minor workshop job done as I didn't have the specialised tool at home. I assumed this shop would, particularly when they took the bits into the workshop. Sadly a minute or so in the workshop with them brute-forcing a part into place proved otherwise - I could have done a better job and mashed my part less at home. Also tried to pick up a fairly standard tool, but they didn't have one available. Overall impression was that this place looks great, but lacks substance. I'll be sticking to the bike shops in Farnborough to meet all my workshop needs in future.
