Great Place

I have been to many gyms but can get intimidated by all the guys in the weights area and all the perfect people looking at themselves in the mirrors!! Results is not like that at all! All the members are friendly the staff are friendly it just has a great atmosphere. Definately would recommend to everyone!

    Totally agree, quality gym! Would highly recommend to anyone! Have just started doing the workshops there.....loving the boxfit and Abs! Really friendly crowd and staff so thumbs up!! Plus the saunas are great for afterwards!!

    I love the vibe at results and I really enjoy training there! The free weights area is great and means I can really push myself! Good crowd down there so it is always fun to train. BONUS!
