Want to learn to bowl? Well why not come along to a free introduction.
Introduction dates are scheduled for Saturday 7th and 14th May 2011,
10:00 to 14:00 and Wednesday Evenings the 4th and 11th May at 6.30pm. Or
come along to the Monday Club where all are welcome, you only need to wear a flat
pair of shoes and one of our coaches will show you the basics

The opening event was a great day with lovely weather, we had a couple of new bowlers come along. Like most clubs we are looking for more members of any age but we, along with Bowls England, are trying to encourage younger people to take up the sport; once they try it they enjoy it.

ReportHow did it go on the 24th? Did you get lots of people coming along? I see you have more 'open days' planned for next month...are you looking for new members of all ages or trying to get younger people involved?
